Dear Phyllis,

I have been working a Morgan & Morgan for over 5 years now. I have recently received my degree in Business Management. Last year my boss said that with the completion of my degree that I would be promoted. Yesterday, he promoted a high school graduate to the job that I was supposed to get, who has not worked at the company for a full year yet. I am thinking about quitting. What should I do?
